1. Who we are
Instaris Operations Ltd is registered in England and Wales. We provide managed operations support for HVAC businesses, including scheduling, contracts, PPM, compliance and reporting.
2. Website and scorecard use
The website and readiness scorecard are provided for business evaluation. They do not create a client relationship by themselves and do not replace professional operational, accounting, legal or compliance advice.
- You must provide accurate information when using forms or booking a pilot call.
- You must not attempt to interfere with the website, scorecard or submission endpoints.
- You must not submit personal data unless you are authorised to do so.
3. Pilot discussions
A pilot starts only when both sides agree written commercial terms. Website copy, scorecard results and architecture documents are not a binding proposal unless expressly incorporated into a signed agreement.
4. Intellectual property
Instaris owns or licenses the website content, methods, diagrams, scorecard logic and documents. You may use them internally to evaluate Instaris, but you may not copy, resell or publish them as your own.
5. Liability
The website is provided on an “as is” basis. We aim for accuracy, but operational examples and recovery ranges are indicative. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost revenue or business interruption arising from use of the website.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. The version on this page is the current website version.
